Process
How an engagement runs
Five core steps: proposal, workshop, feedback, deliverables, billing, each on a page in the client's own space. Everything else happens inside one of them: the request and exploration feed the proposal, the workshop produces the positioning and work docs the feedback round is built from, production leads to delivery. Timings below assume the base case — a website and branding project for a Series A startup — which runs four to six weeks start to finish.
Proposal
The exploration call becomes a proposal, backed by deep research.

Request
A request for work or a meeting comes in: a referral, a reply, a form. The goal here is just a calendar slot with the right people in the room.
Exploration · Meeting 1 · 1 hour
The first meeting is exploration. Without it there is usually no proposal. Capture as much as possible about the company and what they need, and ask for and collect as much documentation as they can share. The meeting runs from the exploration script and is recorded and transcribed; the transcript is what the proposal gets built from.
The exploration transcript is turned into a proposal: scoped, phased, priced, and signable. Behind it sits deep research on where the client actually stands: current brand positioning, the gaps, the competitors, the visual design and its quality.
The proposal is a gated page in the client's own space, where it gets read, discussed, and accepted.

02Workshop · Week 2 · 2–4 h + 4–8 h documentation dives
The longer session: brand, ops, product, or a combination.
Upon agreement we run the longer workshop. It can be brand-focused, ops-focused, product-focused, or a combination of all, generally two to four hours in the room, followed by four to eight hours of documentation dives checking what the wall claimed against reality.
Each variant runs from its own script in the library; the combined engagement runs the full sprint. What comes out is the positioning and work documentation the early production work gets built from.
03Feedback · Weeks 2–3
Early production work is presented, discussed, and signed off.
We present the early production work built from the workshop's positioning and work docs: generally three or four distinct directions, iterations, or strategies. The client gives feedback directly on the page and signs off on the direction, so what was chosen and why stays on record.

04Deliverables · Weeks 3–6
The work is produced, delivered, and signed off.
The assets are delivered through the client's deliverables page: preview, context, files, and a reaction row for review and sign-off, with an audit trail.
Production
We implement the feedback or hone in on the signed-off direction and move everything toward production. Production ends in delivery.

The client pays from their billing page.
The client pays the invoice from their billing page, the same space the proposal, workshop, and deliverables live in.
